I was happy with the quick shipping & thought the phone was nice.It kept going dead after four hours so I bouhgt a new battery. It still kept going dead after four hours .It's been completely charged & won't keep a charge.

Theresa, as these are used phones we do come across defective ones from time to time. We work hard to make sure all our customers are completely satisfied. You can send the phone back to us (shipping on us) and we will get a new one out to you ASAP. By taking part in the reuse of these phones you are helping to reduce the amount of precious resources used to make new phones, and keeping these phones from ending up in landfills.
