Do not try to turn it on - you do not want power going through it until it has dried out. If it is hot and sunny put it in the sun. If not or at night put it in a bag of rice to pull out the water. You can take the battery out - that is likely just fine. After 24 hours ( more if you have the patience) try it.

Wet phones are unpredictable as corrosion can grow over time making some things work and other features not work. If it does not come back we sell great replacement phones and can recycle your bad phone (and pay you if the parts are worth something).
